I love life-reflection pages like this, and I especially enjoyed your journaling about the wisdom that comes with maturity. Your background is a wonderful setting for the story.
My daughter lived on Santa Clara in Oakland and the succulent gardens were drool-worthy! I'm glad you have the trip photos to maybe blunt the edges of the robbery trauma at least a little, over time. So invasive. The expansiveness of this spread tells me you are bouncing back...hope I'm right!
I think I've said this before but it's worth repeating...I am inspired by how you make us see the ordinary in an extraordinary way. It's a gift, and thanks for sharing it here.
Holy cow! You've been a creative whirlwind lately. I think this one is my favorite though--I am loving the flow and the freedom and the intensity of this design. Oh...congrats on the well deserved Standing O!
I love when the muse finds us! This is so darn cool. I love your purple frog and your poem and that you took a ride on an experiment. Cheers to going with the flow!
There is something about bridges. Last night I was driving home in the dark after a day with the grands and the Tappen Zee was lit up in a light gradient that went from peach to purple. It was magnificent! Love your layout!

I love the way the colors of this...
I had posted the left page earlier https://oscraps.com/community/media/gasp-click.354565/ and this is the finished spread—the first for my new Adirondack Travel Album. Our last adventure—three weeks in six national parks—in 2019 was a lot more intensive than five days of hiking and birding...
Thanks for the kind words! They're all baby bunnies, which the museum docent told us were donated by farmers in Potter's neighborhood rather than killed specifically for the project. She said that Potter wanted 50 bunnies originally, but could get only 49 humanely, so went with that. I don't...
What a trial. Very glad you emerged out the other end and things are settling down. It really helps to journal about it--I can't read the writing, but the emotion radiates from the spread. You have given me the nudge I need to do my backups--I've been ignoring that task. So thanks for that! Onward!
