Thanks, Diane, I don't love that it's too hard to connect to, but the CEO of the software company loved it and Stone reacted as you have. One tip if purple and yellow scares you, is do yellow and a very dark almost black purple for starters, then lighten the purples as much as you can and still...
I have thought of doing that and now that you've suggested it, I'll definitely go with it. I do miss having it all make sense to half the people seeing it.
It was little more than a silhouette and I knew it had to be a hummingbird because what else would make a lump like that on that shady tree branch so far away from where I was sitting. But once we figured out how to set the zillions of options how I need them to be, I liked that camera a lot.
Love your ColorPLAY. A sweet memory of fall to take with you for a long, long time. Missing is all about loving, so you're a lucky mom because you had that love.
I finally dug out from under a stack of emails to find the new alpha version of XDX arrived while we were unplugged. Happily, I still had a sunflower from the Paradise feeder site. I rendered some glass frames for it from a torus squarified and hobnobbed. A good way to enjoy all of my art at once.
Wonderful design! I recently found an online source of Popular Science covers from 1872 to 2008. Your photo and design would have fit right in. Love your use of retro color.
Wow! I saved some news clippings but you bring it closer to me. We're so aware of global climate change, but some aren't and we can't do much until a tipping point of awareness. I'm worried and hope a few people become more sensitive to the issue each day.
Beautiful photo treatment and blending with the background. I love that he's standing on a doily and some lace, and at the top the background blends into a lovely watercolor.
