I'm using PSE13 on a Mac and am having trouble moving a couple of Anna's brushes onto my layout. They are very light, barely there brushes from her 'Old World' palette. The move tool can't 'get a grip' on them if you like. I googled and someone suggested duplicating these sort of pngs so...
