The song Bobcaygeon is by a Canadian band called The Tragically Hip released in 1999. Bobcaygeon is a town in the Kawartha Lakes district of the province of Ontario. The background paper is 3 transfers blended together on a solid paper.
Some great memories of singing this song when my kids were little every time we saw a train. As a kid I loved it because of Davy Jones. My photos at Banff, Alberta, Canada
One of my favorite songs and places. Sadly I don't have any photos of Pigeon Lake or Sturgeon Lake where Bobcaygeon is located so I used one of my photos of another lake (located clear across the country).
Colour palette inspired by Anna Color Challenge 3.18.2023. And it was a challenge! Lots of blending, fotoglows and colour adjustments. Used my photo from the plane over the Colorado Dessert, Coachella Valley. Planet is photo from Unsplash.
Thank you everyone for all of your kind comments. It's rare when I can say there's nothing I want to add or change about one of my pages but I'm really content with how this turned out.
Lots of blending and a different colour palette than I usually use in another 'lyrics' layout. Design was inspired by the Anna PhotoLift Challenge (3.17.2023) Photo taken 14 years ago watching a storm come in from across Lake Erie.
This layout was inspired by the 03.17.23 Anna Lift Challenge and the lyrics to Ordinary World. The song was written & originally released by Duran Duran in 1993 but Adam Lambert has recently released a re-make. It's incredible!
