I have lost 6 lbs since the 1st of the month, which I sure must be the water weight. I am exercising more and my goal is to get 10,000 steps on my fit bit each day.

Today my DD and I took one of our dogs to the vet for a Hearworm consult. She tested positive, which is normal for rescue dogs who came from the streets. My dog was picked up from the street by Animal Control in Dec. 2015. She went to a kill shelter. I adopted her in late Feb. 2016...
