hello hello hellooO!
How are you all doing today? I hope you are having an awesome day so far.
It is only 6.30 here and I have had 2+ cups of coffee, which means so far, so good. :D

I think I had a pretty productive day-- at least in the morning. I got all of the essential oil cards finished, and dang, they look very cute. This is the mock-up I made a couple of weeks ago. I did it in Canva under the Weis account, so everyone has access. I am not sure if any of you work in Canva, but I had such a difficult time. After so many years of using PS, everything felt so counterintuitive from what I was used to. But they are done :) Even if I mess up everything else I am doing for the retreat, at least the attendees will go home with something that looks and smells good.

I wrote up a lesson plan for the new HS pod group, and that is always fun and exciting.
After I got back from cleaning, I started dinner and also had a short amount of time to work on a Nov. Challenge. If I can get a few more minutes today, I'll finish it and get that into the Gallery.

My friend is coming over for coffee this morning before we both have to head to work. Then I am off to the winter programs planning meeting. I should be home early enough in the afternoon to sneak in some time for scrapping. There is another planning meeting this afternoon for our Winter Wonderland but I don't think it is necessary that I attend. I am hosting a craft activity in one of the cabins, like I did last year. If I can Zoom in, I'll do that. If not, I can submit any ideas I have before the session.

Sending you all big hugs today!

The cards are very cute!
Hope you have a great day at Weis!

That school drop off is, without a doubt, the very best part of my day!
♥ There is something so refreshing and uplifting about being with little ones. It has to be a good way to start your day.
How did you do with your To-Do List?
I have never ordered from Breck's, but I ordered from Spring Hill Nursery years ago. They were very good about replacing plants that didn't make it. I hope Brecks will do the same. If they are bulbs, can you store them in a bucket of soil until early spring? *fingers crossed they get to you soon!*
Never Fear! Faerie is Here! You got this! I believe in you my friend! ;)
:lovey3: TY!!

@BrightEyes Hope you had an easy day out and about!
@faerywings All I can say is "you got this" b/c you always do :) Not sure what we'll see in Colombia but its a birding photography tour so I feel confident that our leader will find some great spots for us. Possibly condors, hummingbirds, jaguars, dolphins, monkeys, parrots and lots more birds.
LOL-- I love everyone's confidence in me but you don't see me when I fall on my face. LOL!!!
The trip sounds magical! I can't imagine seeing that wildlife in person.
Don't you know, when we got there there was a sign on the gate, closed for Tuesday and Wednesday for Resource Management! It never even occurred to me to check. I mean, why would it? Luckily, in that part of Virginia there are battlefield sites everywhere, so we took a hike at Spotsylvania
That's a bummer but sounds like you made a great day of it anyway. It was such a great idea to catch as much fresh air and sunshine as you can before the weather is miserable. I wish there were a way to bottle it.
That is not a dumb gift at all- what is more important than your family's health and safety?
Driving "into" a bald eagle would have scared me to death!

Good Morning,
I never did officially make it in here yesterday!
Had a busy day. Working hard to finish up the devotions for our Bible Study this Saturday, which got cancelled yesterday due to ladies being gone and sick. Oh well, it will hold for another month. I set that aside for now to begin work on the Widows' devotion for Tuesday. My pastor got a van reserved for the 7 or 8 people who will be going.

I picked Mark up from work at a few minutes after 9 to take him to his digestive review. He has been having trouble with reflux again at night time and it bothers his Barrets Esophagus issues. The doctor doubled his dose of omeprazole. He had blood work done to be sure everything is OK and has an endoscopy scheduled for next month to be sure the esophagus isn't getting worse.

We stopped for lunch on the way back to work. Dropped him off around 11:45. So he was gone almost 3 hours.

Next stop was the church to see if my bank statement was there yet. It was a wasted trip. I will try again today while out to lunch with Mark. I want to have the financial report finalized by Sunday.

I need to work on my 30 days for today and would like to do another challenge before I get started back on my devotion.

That's about it for me.

Have a great day!

Good morning!
Quick in and out. @faerywings Chris I love the cards. I agree with you Canva isn’t easy to use. @mimes1 yes Amy, how did it get to Thursday already?!? @vickyday Vicky I hope you get some answers for Mark. Reflux is not fun.

I know yesterday was crazy busy but I look back and think what did I do? :giggle4: Today is similar. I know there are plans but my coffee isn’t kicking in and I can’t think of what.

Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Well all this talk about flying birds missing the car....years ago when living up North a small rafter ( flock) of turkeys flew up and missed my windshield by small inches...now that is a big bird!!!

Yipee I made it through yesterday. I walked around the pond with a friend and another was riding bike so we all stopped to talk. It was nice to get outside. The gel shot and meds have really helped with my knee pain so I walked much better. Jay went to lunch with the guys and I was home alone. I watered some plants on the patio then cleaned both bathrooms--Hubby not much of a cleaner!!! I confess I used the cane in the house even thought I did not get the OK from PT but it's so much better than the walker.
Hubby driving me to PT today then a quick trip to the grocery and maybe a walk round the pond with my friend when we get back...I'm feeling so much better now it's a push to get back to normal.

@vickyday sounds like both of you are having issues my daughter takes omeprazole and it really helps her so I feel bad that is isn't helping your hubby. What does he do for work? besides working on his cabin???

@faerywings Your day sounds pretty busy but I do hope you got to scrap a little more I'll be looking for your November challenge pages...I'm starting them too but having no inspiration makes it difficult.
I love the aromatherapy cards you made...you are so creative and generous with your talent and time.
Have a great time with your friend today...now it will be quality time with her...I hope she is doing well with her move.

@bcgal00 Your photography is amazing and the trip to Columbia for photo's sounds amazing. I look forward to seeing those pics

Have a sparkling day one and all.

WOW! I can't imagine a bunch of wild turkeys flying up at your windshield out of the blue! Freak-out!
The doctor doubled his omeprazole. He takes one in the morning now besides the one he takes in the evening.
