This truly was a challenge for me because I avoid the warm colors such as red as much as possible in all aspects of my life hah! But who can resist a sweet red ball being gnawed on by little puppy teeth?
I started out by running an action on the photo to make the color of the ball pop a bit more, Then I took the mask from Jopke's kit, and duplicated it three times. I merged the layers, and used the Marquee tool to make clean edges on two of the sides. I brushed some black onto the mask to fill in in a bit more so that photo would show up clean on two sided and grungy on the other two. I blended two papers to get a nicely textured, neutral background. After I positioned the photo, I erased some of the frame, so it would have an out of bounds feel. A few of Jopke's scraps and paint and the LO was done!
