The cherry trees along the waterfront in Portland were a gift from Japan in 1990. It's a beautiful sight when they are in bloom. Oz enjoyed them and enjoyed watching children climb the trees.

Over a background of ArtPlay Wildflower Artsy Papers and Grow WordArt, I added Hue/Saturation layer to turn the collection to blues, then I added a pink Overlay layer at about 70%, erasing it in places to let the blue show through. Over this I placed two copies of a photo in Overlay mode.

Then I simply added two Curled Paper frames, clipped my photos to the masks, and added MM and dimensional elements, and a few more transfers and brushes for texture.
