Process: I selected a textured paper and used a gradient layer to blend the lower edge of my photo into the paper. I used a couple of overlays on top of the photo to add some interest along the edges. I created my cluster in the lower left corner and created my word art in the lower right using a variety of fonts and the Wow Neon Yellow layer style included in PSE to highlight the main words. I used the hue/sat adjustment filter to modify the text color a bit.
