I made the photo sepia color and I used some Artistic Filters in Photoshop and Topaz Impressions to make it look more artistic.
In a new document I clipped the photo to a WaterColor FotoBlendz. I placed the backgroundpaper and blended it with the underlying white paper. I placed the brushes and the transfers. I made a frame from a selection and stroked it with 15 white pixels. I gave the frame a shadow. I placed the wordart and the elements. I placed the strokes.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening. I gave the page a warm photofilter at 8%.
