METHOD:
As soon as I saw the frame in APP Sage I knew I could finally finish an old page I was never quite happy with! The idea came from 2 old pages put together. I decided on the baby blue and yellow colours. I added some transfers under the frames and re-sized them to mini versions. Some I recoloured. I needed baby soft sweet things to go around the baby photos so searched my Anna stash for flowers, feathers, clouds, etc. The mini circles/dots are actually the Bokeh 2 re-coloured
as they are kind of ready made scatter brushes!!
(thanks Anna!). using the Artsy Speech bubbles also made great scatter brushes (again, thanks Anna!) Finished up with some Light Leaks and the title.
