I was just playing and experimenting with the APP Vagary. APP Vagary Artsy Paper 2 and FotoBlendz 1-2 were pulled into a new document. The photo was clipped to the Fotoblendz and the FotoBlendz Layer was adjusted to Multiple Blending mode. The photo layer was duplicated and received a Layer Mask. I wanted to add details to the dome area, but I did not want to do this on the Fotoblendz layer. This photo layer was adjusted to HardLight. A duplicate of this layer was simplified and adjusted to Overlay...for a total of 3 layers of the building. The Multimedia Frame elements were added as accents. The FlutterbyLace was added to the stack as a balance to the lace on the Artsy Paper.
