I started by extracting the two images, then placed on 2 copies of Rock Star Artsy Paper 4, one flipped horizontally and vertically, and masking out the black, then adjusting the hue on both papers. Embellished with transfers, overlays (filled with colors to match the hue adjusted papers and with various blending modes), elements, and title (font The Rockers). I then selected all the layers except the papers, transformed to leave a border, and placed the stitched border, filled with white.
