Journaling reads: Cora loved seeing the different farm animals at the San Diego County Fair. I loved when this little sheep came over to where Cora was standing, and Cora bent down a bit to talk to it for a while. So very sweet.

My Process: I began with the template, and attached photos to the clipping masks of the 3 frames, and then attached a photo to the large background mask. Once the background paper was decided upon, I began changing the other template layers color and/or blend modes. I then began dragging in the PSD file of a variety of ArtsyTransfers below the photo layers. This brings the transfer in as a single, flattened image. I played around with locations, getting ideas for how I will use the transfers. In this case, I decided there were some key layers I would use, I froze the flattened transfer, and I opened the same psd file, and began dragging various layers into the same vicinity as the flattened (frozen) transfer. I played around with blend modes and color. I added the title font, pulling the color from the photos, and added a stroke in a pale yellow from a photo as well. I added a custom shadow. I added the journaling, and date info, and called it finished.
