Today I started sleep therapy and I feel both excited and a little nervous.It feels like a big step forward, since I have been struggling to sleep well for years. Every night I lie awake for an hour or two, and that is beginning to take its toll on my health and well-being.
The therapist advised me to go to bed an hour or two later for a week. I thought this advice was strange at first, because.....
