I started with recoloring the photo. Placed it on my new document. The frame from AAP Winter sunrise was duplicated and rotated, came over the photo. The I added my background by merging 2 papers and blending them. Above the papers I brought in some transfers and brushes. I colored them by picking colors from the photo with the eyedropper pipet. I made a gradient layer above the background paper, but erased some parts of them to give color accents. I placed the title, selected it and brushed some colors from the page in. I merged the Looped UrbanThreadz No 1 loops with the urban stitches Korners and placed them on the corner of the frame. I placed the Multimedia stars, and the glow above it on blending mode overlay. Then I cut and pasted a strip of my photo that was under the frame before because I wanted to clip it on a Artsy blend (the dark stars) This way you can clip a part of the photo! I made stars in photoshop with the custom shapes tool. Clipped a paper on them. Placed artsy blendz under the photo. Placed the artstrokes. Duplicated the small clipped photo strip (the black stars) and placed it above the photo.
