A page for my holiday album project documenting the first Christmas without all three kids under my roof. Looking at this exploration as art therapy.

Process:
I didn't make any changes to the template except for enlarging the top mask, removing the staples, coloring a frame black, and moving the wooden number. I clipped in the photos, added transfers and overlays over and under the photos, added the notebook paper (for my journaling)--all from the ArtsyKardz--and did the title. When that was done, I opened a new document, dragged in a 12x12 Page FotoBlendz, then pulled my entire layout onto it to make a new file. In clipping the layers to the Page FotoBlendz (PSE13), a lot of the layers unclipped from their original masks. As it happened, I really liked the look, which was somewhat chaotic and in sync with what I was actually feeling. So I didn't hit undo. As a last step, I twined the Stitchez around the title because they made me think of bittersweet vines.
