METHOD:
After playing around with the background paper and some artsy transfers, I added the photo and attached to 3 masks from 12x12 Fotoblends no 9 (obviously shrunken down).
I merged it and blended the edges to make it look like it was part of the transfer.
I added some brushes for texture effects.
The birds were from MM birds No 1 but I just extracted/used the flying birds.
Added the word art. done.
