I used the free Toon Artist Action from Adobe and Class: Tooned for Adobe Photoshop by Jen White at Digital Scrapper, for the effect on the extracted photo of my husband taking photos (We were not at the ocean but in a meeting room. Funny how you can trick the eye with digital edits).

I then used several Artsy Transfers, palette transfers and solid paper from the Coastline Collection to build the background sea theme.
The Word Art Cluster is Beach WordART Mix No 2 #3 with a stroke and drop shadow added to the word “Folly”; The Net from ArtPlay Palette Aubade; “click” from Foto WordArt No 1 #1; “PHOTO” is font Euphemia UCAS; Camera outline Snapshot No 1 #1.
I added the Crab Charm from ArtPlay Palette Aubade and adjusted the color of the yellow string to blue. I used the same string in the word art cluster at the top.
