I read that you liked your "before" result better ... I have tried this on a couple of pages, and some photos just look better with the softer edges ... but I really like the difference on your journaling and the trees

Jean a terrific page, and I agree with you, the before pic did look better in the original...........using the High Pass filter sometimes takes a bit of fiddling to get it right and often it isn't suited to some types of photos.................I tend to erase the bits of the Sharpening layer that look too washed out or over sharpened. thanks for joining us each month though Jean and sharing your thoughts and talent with us!
