Way before I had my babies, I knew I wanted two kids, a boy and girl. I even had their names picked out, Scott and Caitlyn. When I met Gary, I told him that if we had kids that is what their names would have to be. In 1996, I was pregnant with Scott. Not knowing for sure if he was a boy or girl (but I really did "know"
his name was chosen easily when he was born. Two years later, I am expecting again. Same deal with not knowing- but this time we were confused because we didn't have a boy's name anymore. I almost had her 8 weeks early and I didn't know what to do! We came up with James as a boy's name but it just never felt "right."
So needless to say, when she was born, I breathed a huge sigh of relief! And yes, I now have my Scott and Caitlyn like I always wished for.
