Journaling: Our CAGO meeting yesterday was so much fun. I truly benefited from the demo portion of the meeting. When I began cake decorating I didnt take the path often traveled, going to Wilton classes and learning from teachers. I dove right in and saw what I could accomplish myself without any assistance. I used, and continue to use, internet forums and websites for guidance and, of course now, CAGO and ICES friends I have met thus far. However I always feared making buttercream roses for some reason! The meeting yesterday allowed me to observe the pros? then try myself for the very first time! Heres the result. Not bad, eh?
