Oh I just love Washington, DC! I made this using some of my favorite photos I've taken of the Washington Monument. Can you believe that I didn't do any retouching on the color of the bottom photos? It's the only time I've seen the sky like that! And somehow the sun was perfectly highlighting the monument.
