I started with the photo of Mabel. I gave it a color treatment. I opened a new Letter sized document. I find it refreshing to change my workflow so now and then, so now I worked on the foundation for this page first after placing the photo. I placed the Background and the Notebook brush ( with a Color Overlay) and the Artsy Transfers. I made selections for the paper strips and filled them with color. I then clipped a paper on them, and after that I also clipped a brush from Travel Europe. To make them more interesting I blended a AT Kinsfolk over the then merged layers from the paper strips. I put a style on an element from ArtPlay Palette Kinsfolk and placed it over the paper strips. I placed a rotated wooden frame with also some parts of AT Kinsfolk shining through with the help of a layermask. I then placed the photo and the round frames from MM Frames no 4. I placed a Color Overlay to give the frames a bit more matching color. I added the elements and the WordArt and colored them. I placed the strokes from LoopDaLoop Flutterbys No. 1 but I erased some parts on the ends. I typed some text under the photo. I decided to give the photo a little noise with the Add Noise filter.
I merged the layers and sharpened and did some Dodge and Burn work on duplicated layers with the Curves Adjustmentlayers, With a layermask I blended the parts in that I wanted.
I gave the final page a bit of warmth with a warm photofilter!
