Process
Artsy paper 2 from AP MiniPalette Fare was used for the foundation of the page. The photo was clipped to the fotoblendz, duplicated with the blending mode changed to hard light with reduced opacity. The page was completed by adding a white paint layer, paper texture, splatters and dimensional embellishments.
