Knew I wanted to use the boots in some way so clipped stripe paper to them, added Solid Paper 1 and began to build up my background using transfers. I then added a tulle brush from my stash of brushes and clipped Solid Paper 3 and the polka dot tape to the tulle, duplicated papers to darken. Added Bells and Berries and Strings from the frame. Added a bit of texture, a color lookup and a color balance to darken. That finished the piece.
