January Music Challenge {Inner City Blues ~ Makes Me Wanna Holler}

I have been a huge Marvin Gaye fan since I first heard his voice. This is ONE of my favorite songs by Marvin. I created this layout for Joyful Heart Designs Songs We Love January Challenge. I did a LOT of blending and used different "styles" that are all found in the PSE elements Styles. I got the flares by using blending modes. The "people" who look like they're rising up out of the inner city are from Pixabay. The background paper is from the Art Crush 70 Fall by Joyful Heart Designs; elements are from Artsy Stamps 1 by Joyful Heart Designs (some are recolored and I used styles on them; I also used 1 Way City by Magical Reality (the motel 66 sign and the tall buildings in the background.
