Decided to create companion page for one I posted earlier of Emery to include a conversation we had on the way home from preschool the other day. She relayed the experiences to me with much enthusiasm. Note: She calls me Gee Gee (hard G, long e).

E: Gee Gee, I catched a frog!
Me: Wow, thats so exciting!
Did you catch it at school?
E: Yes. (She pronounces yes...nes.)
E: Gee Gee, I catched a butterfly!
Me: Was it pretty?
E: Nes
E: Gee Gee, I catched a zebra.
Me: Oh my goodness!
E: Oh my goodness!

Process: Chose Posy Solid Paper 5 for background (blended some of the top textures in with Spot Healing Brush tool to avoid repeating exact textures from companion page). Used same process for Zebra and frog brushesRecolored; duplicatedapplying color burn blending mode to top layer and reducing opacity; merged layers; placed in between layers of MultiMedia Spring psd transfer; merged layers; placed on layout. Added Lace Transfer, Artist Overlay 1, and Transfer 8 from ArtPlay Palette Amaranthine. Recolored and added Chalk brushes. Finished with MultiMedia Spring leaf, frog brad, and butterfly.
