I gave my photo an Artsy treatment with several Artistic Filters in photoshop, that I blended together with Layermasks, and after that I adjusted the colors with the Hue Saturation Adjustment layers.
In a new document I placed the photo on a backgroundpaper. I made a square frame filled with white pixels to frame it. I started playing with all the transfers and brushes, making a grungy and rusty composition under the photo. I placed all the elements and the WordArt.
After the merging of the layers I did some sharpening and Dodge and Burn work. I gave the page some more Vibrance and Saturation.
