I never have the courage to do this type of layout unless it is for a challenge and then I am always surprised by the results
I wanted to turn the ballerina figure into a faery, so I took the bucket of flowers and duplicated that file so they would each be a part of the wing. I used the swirl underneath it to make the bottom wing. A glitter style was added to it and then to a gesso strip that connected all of the wing sections together. I also wanted the faery to have some hair so I used the mushroom cap to make a bun.
