Photoshop Elements 14

A page for my Six National Parks travel photobook.

I didn't have a lot of visuals to work with here because when what you're looking at in the landscape no longer exists, it's hard to capture. So I chose one of the new stitched templates to make life easier. I downloaded images from the internet to supplement my meager photo selection. then clipped everything to the masks. After adding an Artsy Paper background, I played around with the blending modes of some of the the masks to add color and texture. You can see that (and more) explained in this tutorial: https://www.annaaspnesdesigns.com/5-ways-to-use-stitched-templates/

I recolored the stitching and then added an edge overlay (also recolored) beneath it. I also added some blue to the sky with a transfer from the Scenic APP, some transfers from the Sol APP on top of the photos, and some Fotoglos pirated from the various Multimedia Suns. I finished up with journaling and embellishments.
I remember driving by that! But its not always easy to get the hubby to stop, turn around with a 32 camper in tow. Love the prairie colors and photos!

You definitely captured the spirit of the land and of the event! And the MM Sun--the perfect enhancement!

A marvelous page and a most interesting event. Peoples working together to help each other to survive the long winters--funny how we cannot do that today to survive the current crisis. Love the bg paper for your fab photos.

Your photo upper left is beautiful and I love the big sign. Also the elements you used So glad they made this gorgeous place a world heritage site.

This is a fantastic page! The background choice and recolored stitching is perfect.
