I took one of the photos of the boat trip on the Meuse, it was a hazy day so the colors were some what flat. I used one of the neutral density gradients as layer style and played with the black white (set on multiply gives a awesome desaturated effect) and level adjustment layer(gave a silhouette like effect)
After I clipped the photo to several water color blendz, I changed the blending modes to Vivid light or Hard light. Finally I used the loop da loops (with glows) to set the focus.
