Sometimes I question the validity of my feelings, whether my reactions are too intense. Im not sure what the real answer is. What I an learning is that it makes me who I am. Its okay, better to face it and get over it, to move forward than to allow it to fester or deny its existence. Self pity and frustration really accomplish nothing. A good cry really can be cathartic. Sometimes the most unpleasant emotions are the ones that teach you the most.
