your first page is very pretty but this one really focuses on that photo that has such a cool contrast to it. Love your masking anjd the frame too!

What a fabulous use of elements. The Graffiti frame is gorgeous...the inner frame and masking, brilliant. The link didn't work for me, so I can't compare, but this one is exquisite.
