This summer I have been preparing myself for becoming an empty nester. One thing I have really been enjoying is going on hikes. I go with with my husband and the dogs, or just by myself. It's been a great way to stay grounded and get some fresh air and exercise. (instead of crying into my pillow every day although I am sure there will be some of that too LOL!)
