I added a cluster on either side of the photo and added shadows on a separate layer, erasing shadows off some of the smaller areas of detail. I added graphic lines around part of the photo. Paint splat was recolored, then duplicated a few times, moving it around the photo. Parts of the splats were selected and moved separate from the main layers.
