~ Feathers~
I was overjoyed when I saw this on sale Wednesday!
I've wanted the feather brush for a while now, and this was my first opportunity to buy one.
As for this exercise, I got the inspiration for it from a Youtube tutorial and then added my own ideas to it.
I used both Puppet Wrap and Wrap Tool to make the feathers look bent, and used Twirl Filter for the water ripple.
Now that I'm done, I'm very happy with the end result.
