I made my photo more painterly with the Artistic Filters of Photoshop. In a new document I clipped the photo to a brush from ArtPlay Palette Shabby Christmas. I made my frame from a rectangle selection filled with 25 white pixels. I placed the backgroundpaper. I layered all the transfers and brushes. I placed the elements and I typed the text. I merged the layers and resized the layout, I placed it in a striped paper that I rotated. I added a stroke to the page in dark red and again with a lighter red. I merged the layers again.
