Process:
Most of the work was on the photo treatment, saving each Prisma rendition at reduced opacity before adding another. I used four to get the effect shown, and then messed around with a variety of PSE14 filters on top of the last Prisma save to get the outlines. I pulled the pictures onto the background, gave each a red stroke, and added the title/text. I used scatter brushes and a selection of FotoGlos on different blending modes for the light.
