My youngest granddaughter Sophia, took this photo of one of the apple or pear orchards (cant tell the difference, they look alike) my son-in-law manages just up the road from me. I love this moody photo so much, Im sure I will use it again.

Process Notes: Using Artsy Paper 3 as the base, I duplicated the photo 3 times, putting each into a mask. FotoBlendz 3 was used twice on both sides of the page and FotoBlendz 1 used in the middle copy of the photo. I put the side photos on Multiply blend mode, leaving the middle photo on Normal.
I gave the large mask a slight shadow so the numbers showed a little better from the background, putting the shadow on its own layer. I then got the rectangle tool and deleted the bottom part of the shadow, so the mask would lay flat on the background. All I wanted was the top part with a very small lift.
I placed the frame from the Palette under the large photo, and the glow underneath the frame in the left corner.
Giving the middle photo a little color I used a brush and color from the Palette and lightly brushed the left side of the photo and blended it with Overlay. Using different brushes, I continued the color under the left photo and underneath the middle photo.
From there I chose the words from the Vitality Palette and Vitality WordLabels and placed them on the page, putting a staple on the label. I chose an Artsy clock and grunged up the face by clipping a part of an ArtsyTransfer to it, using Multiply with 25% opacity. I chose the string from another Artsy Clock and placed it underneath the clock. I used the overlay that was originally with the clock and put it under the middle photo, leading the eye down to the right corner of the page.
Even though you cant see it very well, I put a thread on the clock and stitches along the bottom of the right photo. To finish it off I added the 12 x12 Textured Overlay, recoloring it to white. And thats how this layout was created.
