A few days ago I replanted my succulent garden. One of the plants that survived the winter was a largish ugly cactus that I considered throwing out! It had a funny fuzzy grey nodule about 3/4 long on the top... I thought about removing it and wondered what on earth it was... A few days later I noticed this bump had stretched out to about 3 long and I realized it was a bud!... in another few days one morning I noticed it was in bloom! I spent at least an hour photographing it from every angle ... It was a good thing, because it was all over by evening!!!!
