I started with the Artsy Template . I added the photos to the masks , duplicated and erased most of the second photo and a part of the frame of the left one to create the OOB (Out of Bounds) effect. Turned the right hand frame and mask 90 degrees as my photo was in landscape.
I added the Ablaze background paper and I switched off some of the paint layers and put some transfers from Ablaze instead . Other paint layers were recoloured.

Added Urban Stitches Hearts and Inked Words Memories
Recoloured the arrows brusharrow with the gradient tool set to some colours from her cardigan.
Lastly I added some Spackle Texture.
