Process: I started with a background paper and an adjustmentlayer for Curves. I added two brushes before I added the photo. I used an inverted mask for the photo and the blend mode was set to Darken. I then added the arrows and more brushes. I placed the title and two hearts. I also added an adjustmentlayer for Gradient Map to a brush on the left side over the house window. I thought I needed to darken that area. The Gradient was set to blend mode Saturation and the brush to Overlay.
