Process notes:
I wanted to try to work with a darker background this time. I place the solid paper 4 (APP Frozen) as my background paper. I placed the photo of my uncle and dad on the paper, duplicated it twice. On the first duplicate I applied the charcoal filter and blended it at Multiply.
On the second duplicate I applied the photocopy filter and blended it also at Multiply.
I added the Abstract FotoBlendz5_5 and blended it at darken 100% and clipped the original photo to it. I added layer masks to the duplicated photos and brushed away (with black) the parts I didn't want to show or less to show.
I thought it would be nice to color some parts of the black and white photo. So I added some coloring on different layers (skin, hair, sweaters, flowers) and added the color blending mode and played with the opacity.
It al was a bit dark, so I added some different fotoglows over and some underneath the photos. I still wanted a bit of different light, so I added the 12X12 PageFotoBlendz6_1 and clipped the solid paper no. 2 (APP Frozen) to it.
To finish my page of, I added some elements, a wordstrip and brushes and the two page overlays. The word "brothers" is with the font "baby birdie".
