Ona! ONA!!! I hear you, girl. I've been here too and felt these emotions, the loss of control, the spiralling despair, wondering why you just can't snap out of it. Oh, I feel for you, sweet Ona.

I took up scrapbooking around the same time I was sinking into depression and in the end scrapbooking (and medication & my husband) helped lift me out of the worst of the depths. Being able to scrap like this puts it out there, makes it real and shows depression you can overwhelm it, rather than the other way round. What a wonderful page you've created here, Ona - kicking it's butt, getting better.
