A photo taken by my DIL in 2008 while on holidays in Victoria. I really liked this photo of some old road side mailboxes, it reminded me how exciting it was to receive a REAL letter from a loved one!

#GASP# ... what an interesting shot. Mailboxes you say? They look like oil drums! I do love the colour / texture of the action you've used, the hints of purple running through the background, perfectly matching the choice of paper / elements. Oh and ITA on the whole "receiving REAL mail" thing too ... that's why it was so lovely doing the Christmas card exchange ... getting home to find out that the Postman had delivered a proper letter / card and not just the usual bills & junk mail!

My daughter saw this photo and asked what she was looking at. When I explained she asked why no one ever writes to her - cue postie arriving with a thank you note from Granny. So this was perfect timing to get my lot to write their thank you letters - all inspired by your stunning LO.

well, I was sitting here trying to figure out what they were before I read!!! interesting mail boxes!! I LOVE this page wow wow wow the editing is so rich and beautiful with that paper...so glad you kept it so simple!!
