My husband is a fisherman. He hasn't been a very good one for a number of years now. Nobody has really. But he went on a fishing trip and came back with a ton of fish and after that he kept catching. Then one day he came home with this monster King Salmon. Boy was it yummy. We had a full freezer for a few months. It was awesome. For the first time I am actually looking forward to fishing season.
