okay...this title may be controversial, but i felt it fit this LO...navel gazing is another phrase for introspective thoughts about oneself... I probably do this same LO every three months!! LOL!! and come to the same conclusions...but that's me...

journaling reads:
i do this...i navel gaze...sometimes a bit
too much! i know when im focusing on
the minutest detail of my life, i am
in a funk! a lot of times ill try to
craft or shop to get me out of that
funk...but then ill realize that this
hole, this crazy emptiness that Im
trying to fill with inane material things
is really my lack of communication with
God...my lack of gratefulness...my
focus on the wrong thing, or person as
the case usually is!! Its like the naval
gazing itself is the problem! But then
again, I wouldnt figure it out without
taking some time to examine my being!
So now I know-be grateful in all things,
love the Lord your God, and love your
neighbor! These truths are my
focus, my mantra as it were!
gotta love the
Word of God...
it will always
pull me out of a
funk...always!
