Life stresses me out sometimes. Ok, maybe not sometimes, but rather a lot of the time. It is not always easy living my life. But I am finally beginning to realize that no matter how much I stress over it, it doesnt change a thing. Nothing gets easier because of the stress. It only gets harder. So why do I make it harder on myself? I am not sure that I know any other way! But I am trying to make a conscious effort to stay present, to be positive. It might not change the situation, but it will make it easier to cope if I am not always so stressed.

Chris - I hope that you can achieve your goal! You are a wonderful person and I think you are a strong person...and it's o.k. sometimes to not be positive too. You can still be strong and collected if you sometimes just let it all out. =)

Chris, hang in there, all you can do is try so beat yourself up when there is no need to - as Sara said already, just let it all out, keeping it all in is the stressful part! :)) Great layout, especially when it is from the heart!
