I love this fantasy photo of a snow queen! I started with the photo and added a glittery frame from the Winter is Here Collection by Palvinka Designs. Then I selected a striped paper that has some silvery frost creeping in on it from the edges.

Next I created a small cluster of a silvery white flower, two pine cones, and some baker's twine and added it to the corner of the frame. I hung pennant flags underneath and put a winter banner over top. And then I added the title.

Sometimes I do think less is more and I like more minimalist designs like this one.
